Contract Recruitment Delivery Consultant / Account Manager

Manchester / Hybrid

About the Role

We're looking for a Contract Recruitment Delivery Consultant / Account Manager to join Outsource UK's Manchester team, supporting a range of established clients across STEM and professional services. This is a varied role combining candidate delivery, account management, contractor care, and business growth.

Working across a diverse portfolio of clients, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality contract talent while building strong, long-term relationships with customers and contractors. You'll also identify opportunities to strengthen and expand existing accounts, helping to drive commercial growth and support the continued success of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering contract recruitment assignments across technology, engineering, IT, and professional services markets.
  • Managing client relationships and developing a deep understanding of hiring requirements.
  • Growing existing accounts through proactive account management and identification of new opportunities.
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and qualifying high-calibre contract professionals.
  • Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process from briefing through to placement.
  • Managing contractor onboarding, compliance, and ongoing engagement.
  • Handling contract extensions, renewals, rate negotiations, and contractor communications.
  • Supporting day-to-day contract recruitment operations and ensuring a high-quality service delivery experience.
  • Building and maintaining talent pools of specialist contractors.
  • Working closely with sales and leadership teams to drive account growth and client satisfaction.

About You

We're looking for someone who is commercially aware, relationship-driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience within contract recruitment, delivery, account management, or recruitment operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience recruiting within STEM, Engineering, Technology, Professional Services, or related sectors.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and client requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A desire to contribute towards the growth of both client accounts and the wider business.
