Technology Delivery Consultant
Location: London – Hybrid
Salary: Up to £60,000 + benefits
Clearance: BPSS & SC required
Who you’ll be working with
You’ll be joining a leading global technology and professional services organisation, working on complex technology projects across the Health and Public Service sector.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience across the technology delivery lifecycle who wants to work with a variety of clients, develop their technical knowledge and gain exposure to modern technologies including Cloud, DevOps and Generative AI.
What you’ll be doing
- Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, SMEs and Developers to design and deliver technology solutions.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical and design documentation.
- Contribute across different stages of the technology delivery lifecycle, including design, development, QA and project delivery.
- Analyse data and information to support solution design and informed decision-making.
- Communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Work across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Use modern AI and GenAI tools such as Copilot, Claude and AWS Q to support project and programme delivery.
- Work with cloud and software delivery technologies across a range of client environments.
- Support and collaborate with junior team members where required.

What we’re looking for
- 2–3+ years' experience across technology delivery, such as project/programme management, design, development or QA.
- Experience contributing to complex technology solutions, ideally involving Cloud or SaaS platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio or Excel.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new clients and technologies.
- Experience working with external clients or customers.

It would be great if you also have
- Experience in functional or non-functional analysis and design.
- Knowledge of software architecture principles, integration patterns or secure system design.
- Exposure to Git, Jenkins, Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Experience working within Health, Public Sector, Government, Defence or other regulated environments.
- Experience using Generative AI or Agentic AI tools within technology delivery.
- Experience working in complex and diverse delivery environments.
