Delivery Consultant – US Technology | London
Join a high-performing US Technology team where you can focus on what you do best – finding great talent, managing candidates and delivering into established client relationships.
If you’re an experienced recruiter who loves delivery but doesn’t want the pressure of business development, this could be the opportunity for you.
You’ll join an established team recruiting across Software Engineering, Data & AI, with an existing client base, live roles to work from day one and average fees of £30-40k+

As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll join our US Technology team in London, supporting searches across Software Engineering, Data & AI.

This is a candidate-led role with no requirement for business development. You’ll take ownership of searches from initial sourcing and engagement through to interview management, offer negotiation and placement.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
- Source and engage high-calibre Technology professionals across the US market.
- Deliver across Software Engineering, Data & AI searches.
- Manage the candidate journey from initial approach through to offer and placement.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and develop a strong network within your market.
- Work closely with the 360 consultants on the team to deliver against existing client requirements.
- Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, our CRM, referrals and proactive headhunting.
- Manage multiple searches while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
🎯 What You Bring
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally in a resourcing role.
- Technology recruitment experience would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
- Confidence sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A proactive and organised approach with a focus on quality.
- Ambition to develop your career within a high-performing recruitment environment.
