About Neemar Search

Neemar Search is an executive and non-executive search firm specialising in the housing sector. We work on permanent and interim appointments, partnering closely with clients to deliver well-run, insight-led search processes.

Founded in 2023, the business has grown quickly through a focus on quality delivery, strong relationships and sector knowledge. We operate as a small, collaborative team with clear standards and a long-term view of our work in the sector.

Role Overview

This role focuses on the delivery of senior executive and non-executive assignments across the social housing sector. Working closely with consultants and the sales team, the role will support end-to-end search delivery, from market mapping and candidate sourcing through to shortlisting and offer stage.

The role includes a client-facing element, contributing to assignment briefings, managing delivery timelines and providing clear, professional updates throughout the process. It is suited to someone who is organised, proactive and keen to develop within executive search.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
