This is a brilliant opportunity to join a close-knit executive search firm where you'll work with high-value clients in cutting-edge technology sectors. You'll have the autonomy to focus on what you do best - running best-in-class search assignments - with support from experienced leaders and a collaborative team that values quality over volume.
Operating with a fully remote team, the firm focuses on quality, long-term client relationships, and consultative search rather than high-volume recruitment. Due to continued growth, the business is now looking to hire a commercially aware Delivery Consultant to support the execution of search assignments across its global client base.
The Opportunity – Delivery Consultant (Executive Search)
This opportunity is designed for a research-driven professional who enjoys mapping markets, engaging senior candidates, and managing search assignments through to a successful close.
The business operates on a split-desk model: your focus will be on search execution and candidate management, while a dedicated business development team focuses on winning new client mandates. This role is best suited to someone who enjoys deep research, working internationally, and building trusted relationships with senior candidates in highly specialised industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full delivery lifecycle of retained executive search assignments
- Conducting market mapping and talent research across global technology sectors
- Identifying and engaging senior candidates including CEOs, founders, and technology leaders
- Managing candidate relationships through assessment, shortlisting, and offer stages
- Working closely with business development consultants to align on client requirements and search briefs
- Managing pipeline activity, search progress, and delivery timelines
Skills and Experience
- Experience in executive search delivery, research, or recruitment, with a proven ability to run assignments
- Consultative approach with ability to build trusted relationships with senior candidates and C-suite leaders
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team (remote)
- Strong research, organisational, and relationship-building skills
- Experience of working with candidates and clients internationally
- Rigorous, detail-oriented approach to search execution rather than transactional recruitment
- Intrinsic motivation to provide 'great work' rather than being driven primarily by high earnings
- Experience and interest in working in technology whether that's Semiconductors, Photonics, Electronics or any other deep tech sector
- Proven track record of closing search assignments and maintaining long-term candidate relationships
