Talent Consultant
We’re looking to hire a Talent Consultant, someone with experience in recruitment or a people-focused role who enjoys finding, engaging, and supporting great talent and wants to build something brilliant within a collaborative team.
At trg, we believe being inquisitive, hard-working, and people-driven are the makings of a great Talent Consultant. This is not a sales role. It is about candidate experience, quality delivery, and building long-term relationships with talent in your market. What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative search strategies
- Conducting in-depth candidate interviews to understand skills, motivations, and career goals
- Managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer and onboarding
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver on hiring requirements with quality and care
