Delivery Consultant – Tech Recruitment

Location: Central Bristol Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 DOE + Bonus + Career Progression

I'm currently partnering with a specialist recruitment business that is continuing to grow within the technology and engineering markets. Due to continued client demand, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Delivery Consultant to join their high-performing team in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment delivery or talent acquisition experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive business that offers genuine progression and long-term development.

Key responsibilities

  • Source, engage and qualify high-calibre candidates
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery process across multiple live vacancies
  • Conduct candidate interviews and prepare candidates for client interviews
  • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback and oversee offer processes
  • Ensure compliance and manage candidate onboarding
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an excellent recruitment experience
  • Work closely with senior consultants and account managers to deliver against client requirements

  • At least one year's experience within recruitment delivery, resourcing or talent acquisition
  • Strong candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills
  • Well organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Motivated to build a long-term career within a growing recruitment business
