Responsibilities
As a Delivery Coordinator based in Dartford, Kent you’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating the delivery of goods once order has been placed.
- Managing all purchase orders issues and confirmation dates that may prevent the progress of an order to the client’s requirements.
- Proactively communicating with the client or client’s representative throughout the journey of the order – updating on progress when required.
- Carrying out daily checks on My Active Documents to ensure that all new orders are dealt with and existing deliveries are correct and running smoothly.

Job Details
- Fixed term contract (up to 18 months)
- Full-time position
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30 with 30-minute break
- No weekend work required
Requirements

- Computer literate
