Engineering Delivery Coordinator (Agile Delivery Coordinator, Technical Project Coordinator)
Summary
Lead Forensics is a rapidly growing SaaS company at the forefront of B2B sales and marketing technology. We are seeking an Engineering Delivery Coordinator to help our engineering organization scale by ensuring agile initiatives are visible, effectively tracked, and smoothly progress through delivery.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with Software Development, Product, Architecture, and Engineering Operations to keep Jira dashboards accurate and up to date. You will be responsible for providing clear visibility into initiative status, ownership, deadlines, dependencies, and potential impediments. Your proactive approach will help bridge tracking gaps, highlight exceptions for management, and deliver vital delivery and capacity insights to support planning.
Unlike traditional project coordination roles, this is a delivery-assurance position focused on creating transparency, reinforcing best practices, coordinating cross-team activities, and surfacing risks or decisions for timely resolution without diminishing the accountability of managers or initiative owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Tracking & Jira Assurance: Ensure the accuracy of engineering initiative tracking in Jira, including clear ownership, status, timelines, priorities, dependencies, and linkage.
- Data Integrity: Identify and resolve stale, incomplete, or inconsistent tracking data, collaborating with responsible teams for updates.
- Flow, Risk, & Escalation: Monitor for blocked or drifting work, follow up on delayed actions or decisions, and promptly escalate persistent risks and impediments to Engineering Leadership with clear supporting evidence.
- Capacity & Resource Insight: Maintain and communicate an accurate view of team capacity, planned demand, and allocation. Identify over-allocation, under-utilisation, competing priorities, or constraints to support informed resource planning.
- Reporting & Management Insight: Develop initiative-level reporting and dashboards that highlight exceptions, trends, dependencies, and delivery risk, ensuring actionable insights beyond surface-level Jira data.
- Rollout Coordination: Coordinate rollout activities, communications, dependencies, and key milestone dates across Engineering, Product, and Operational teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to refining planning and review processes, tracking standards, metrics, and working practices, simplifying the maintenance and usefulness of delivery information.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
