Fully remote (UK) | Full-time, permanent | £35,000–£45,000 depending on experience

We're hiring a Delivery & Customer Success Consultant to own end-to-end project delivery, product adoption and day-to-day support for our insurer, MGA and third-party administrator clients. It's a hands-on role. You'll work directly with clients to gather requirements, then configure and test solutions on our claims automation platform and marketplace, applying AI to real client problems along the way.

About Claim Technology

Claim Technology is a UK claims automation platform. We help insurers re-imagine claims through a no-code/low-code design studio, cloud applications, and insurtech APIs that enable rapid automation in the cloud.

Operations and IT teams can leverage plugins to a marketplace of around 70 AI insurtech providers to build flexible, scalable solutions. The Insurtech Marketplace offerings can be deployed as standalone cloud solutions for specific use cases or combined into end-to-end customer journeys.

The role

We're a small, agile team, so the job blends client delivery, implementation, QA and AI, and you'll help define where the balance sits. It doesn't always stay inside its own lines, and some weeks will ask more of you than others. In particular, we want someone who is genuinely competent with AI and comfortable using it to automate parts of their own workflow, a client's processes or the wider business.

The role suits someone with a technical background or a strong technical interest, typically coming from one of these directions:

  • A project manager or business analyst with a track record of successful delivery
  • A SaaS product adoption or solutions consultant focused on getting clients more from a product
  • A technical customer success manager who has configured the product themselves, rather than raising tickets for someone else to fix

You'll enjoy managing relationships, delivering projects and solving tickets yourself. You don't need to be an engineer. You should be comfortable with technical concepts, curious about AI, and as happy running a client meeting as you are configuring a workflow.

What you'll be doing

You'll work directly with clients and alongside our Growth (sales) and Innovation (product) teams. Your time will split roughly as follows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Project delivery for new and existing clients (70%)

  • Documenting how a client's process runs today, specifying how it should run and defining what success looks like
  • Translating requirements into a clear specification, then configuring and testing it on our platform
  • Owning automation projects from specification through to go-live and client onboarding, using Claim Technology's own product suite or a marketplace solution such as Wallet Pass
  • Reporting on delivery and results against the success criteria you've set

Quality assurance (10%)

  • Testing and signing off new features from the product team before clients use them
  • Assessing how each release affects existing clients, from breaking changes to new opportunities

Product adoption (10%)

  • Running client reviews covering what's live, what it has saved them and what comes next
  • Driving adoption of features clients have never switched on, or have quietly dropped
  • Flagging accounts that are ready to expand, or at risk, so Growth has the right conversation at the right moment

Day-to-day support (10%)

  • Acting as first point of contact for queries and tickets from live clients
  • Keeping existing implementations running smoothly between projects

You'll pull in Innovation when something needs new development rather than configuration, or when you want a hand with MI reporting and dashboards. Some days you'll be writing a single spec. Others you'll be split across three clients and a QA session. That variety is part of the job, not an exception to it.

What you'll bring

  • Rapport: you build trust quickly and stay credible with everyone from operational claims users to senior decision-makers
  • Requirements gathering: you can turn an ambiguous client conversation into a clear, actionable spec, and you're confident presenting, running workshops and writing client-facing documentation
  • Technical confidence: you hold your own in technical conversations and are comfortable with cloud platforms, APIs and no-code/low-code tools, picking up new ones quickly
  • AI fluency: you already use AI in your own work and can see where it could automate a process, for a client or for us
  • Evidencing value: you can pull cycle times, touch rates and volumes for a client review and show what has genuinely changed since go-live, rather than just asserting it
  • Organisation: you keep several clients and implementations moving at once without letting the detail slip
  • Ownership: you take personal responsibility for hitting deadlines to a high standard, and you're comfortable working independently, seeing what needs doing and getting on with it
  • Composure and flexibility: you stay level-headed under pressure and will roll your sleeves up for work that isn't strictly your job

Where it can take you

This role isn't fixed, and you'll have real scope to shape it. From day one you'll be working on live client relationships, product decisions and AI implementation. Your responsibility can grow as quickly as you prove yourself. There's nowhere to hide, but it's one of the fastest routes to growth we can offer.
