We're partnering with a large consumer business on a multi-year technology transformation, looking for a contract Delivery Director. The programme is consolidating a fragmented estate and standardising how things are done across the group. It's early doors, the team is lean and the structure is still being shaped, so there's real scope to influence how this gets delivered.
The business is looking for a capable, contract Delivery Director to lead a high-visibility programme. You'd be setting up how delivery works rather than running something that already exists - exposed to leadership from day one.

As a contract Delivery Director you’ll be competent in:
- Delivering large technology programmes where delivery structure needs to be embedded and built
- Proven experience working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment and taking on an autonomous role
- Comfortable with ambiguity and defining your own approach
- Experience of taking a traditional, waterfall-style business into agile ways of working
- Excellent communication abilities and innovative thinking abilities
