A little about us...
Bray Leino is a full-service brand growth agency established in North Devon in 1973, with further offices in Bristol, London and beyond, servicing national and global B2B and B2C clients.
About the Role...
The Delivery Director sits within the agency's Operations & Delivery team and is responsible for overseeing the production and delivery of multiple integrated campaigns on one of our busiest client accounts. Reporting to the Head of Production & Delivery and working alongside a dedicated Project Manager, the role acts as the central link between Client Services, Creative, and Production teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, from Master to Supply, to the highest quality, and in line with agreed objectives.
We are looking for an experienced agency production professional with strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across concurrent projects. The Delivery Director will provide clear direction throughout the production lifecycle, managing priorities, mitigating risks, and maintaining momentum in a fast-paced environment where campaign requirements may evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production and delivery of multiple integrated campaigns across ATL, Press, OOH, digital, social, and owned channels.
- Maintain production schedules, critical paths, and delivery plans across all assigned campaigns.
- Ensure that internal reviews and approval processes are followed before work is released, and that production outputs are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with internal Production team and channel specialists to coordinate delivery across all production stages.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing timely, accurate, and transparent communication.
- Build strong working relationships across departments to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout campaign delivery.
- Partner with the dedicated Project Manager to monitor campaign progress, identify production risks, and implement proactive mitigation plans to minimise impact on delivery.
- Promote and continuously improve production processes and ways of working across the agency.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and delivery records.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
