Were hiring: Delivery Director Design & Build
Are you an experienced Design & Build leader with a strong background in the water sector?
We're looking for a Delivery Director Design & Build to join Binnies, part of the RSK Group, and take a senior leadership role across our Design & Build business, with a particular focus on our Welsh Water (DCWW) framework.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining people leadership, project delivery, client relationships and business development.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the safe and successful delivery of Design & Build projects
- Provide leadership and support to Project Managers and delivery teams
- Oversee budgets, programmes, quality and performance
- Build strong relationships with key clients
- Support bids, tenders and new business opportunities
- Help develop and grow Binnies Design & Build capability
- Champion innovation, digital delivery, sustainability and best practice
- Mentor and develop our delivery professionals

What we're looking for:
- 10+ years experience leading teams on design and construction projects
- Strong engineering and construction leadership experience
- Experience within the UK water industry
- Experience managing budgets, programmes and resources
- Strong client-facing and commercial skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A relevant degree
- Chartered status, professional membership and a recognised project management qualification would be advantageous.
