Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Driver role based in Peterborough. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, and delivering salon supplies to trade customers across the local area, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time. Day-to-day tasks include checking delivery notes, handling goods with care, assisting with stock movement in the warehouse, and maintaining clean, roadworthy vehicles. The role also involves interacting professionally with salon clients at delivery locations, providing basic product information or guidance when needed, and reporting any delivery issues or customer feedback to the branch team. The Delivery Driver will work closely with warehouse and sales colleagues to support efficient operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with trade clients.
- Experience or willingness to train in Forklift Operation and safe handling of goods in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to support Sales activities through accurate deliveries and basic product knowledge.
- Willingness to participate in Training to learn company procedures, health and safety practices, and product ranges.
- Valid UK driving licence with a good driving record.
- Good time-management, route-planning, and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move salon products and equipment safely.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for checking orders and completing delivery documentation.
- Previous experience in delivery driving, trade supply, or retail/wholesale environments is an advantage.
