Role Description

This full-time Delivery Driver role is based on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely transporting laundry, cutlery, blankets, towels, and workwear between interAIR facilities, airport lounges, and aircraft service areas. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves following agreed routes and schedules, complying with safety and airport security procedures, and coordinating with warehouse and lounge staff to meet delivery timelines. The Delivery Driver will also report any issues or delays, support basic stock handling activities, and provide professional, courteous service when interacting with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with colleagues and client contacts.
  • Experience with forklift operation or other warehouse equipment for safe loading, unloading, and material handling.
  • Ability to learn and follow operational procedures, with prior training experience or willingness to undertake job-related training.
  • Exposure to sales or service-oriented environments, particularly in logistics, aviation, or related support services.
  • Background in food & beverage, hospitality, or catering environments, ideally within airport or airline operations.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and experience driving commercial or delivery vehicles.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to lift, move, and handle packages and equipment safely.
  • Reliable time management, attention to detail, and ability to follow route plans and delivery schedules.
