Job Role
Working as part of a dedicated two-person crew, you will operate a 3.5-tonne van to deliver an exceptional "white-glove" experience directly into customers' homes. You will be responsible for safe transit, careful room-of-choice placement, flawless furniture assembly, and pristine clean-up. This role requires a polite, customer-first attitude, heavy lifting fitness, and high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Driving & Delivery:
- Drive a 3.5-tonne delivery van safely across residential areas.
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks and report any issues.
- Follow optimized multi-drop routes to hit scheduled arrival windows.
- Lifting & Handling:
- Load and secure furniture components safely to avoid damage.
- Carry heavy goods safely up staircases and through tight residential spaces.
- Use protective equipment to ensure zero damage to customer property.
- Assembly & Installation:
- Assemble diverse bed types, including divans, ottomans, and upholstered frames.
- Fit, align, and securely mount structural, wall, or bed-fixed headboards.
- Use hand and power tools cleanly without damaging premium fabrics or timbers.
- Clear away and recycle all packaging, leaving the room pristine.
- Customer Service:
- Provide a polite, premium "white-glove" service in clients' homes.
- Call customers ahead of arrival to provide accurate timing updates.
- Collect customer signatures on completion.

Requirements
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Category B) with a clean driving record.
- Experience: Proven experience in bed assembly and headboard installation.
- Fitness: Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting daily.
- Skills: Proficient with basic power tools (drills, hex keys, spirit levels).
- Attributes: Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong customer-first attitude.
