Every day, we deliver premium products from fresh milk and fruit to snacks, drinks, and breakfast essentials, into some of the world’s most recognisable workplaces and London’s most iconic buildings.
We’re now expanding fast and looking for Delivery Drivers who want to be part of something special, helping us deliver not just products but also an exceptional service.
Role Purpose
At goodnus, we go beyond the loading bay, delivering directly into our customers’ office kitchens and pantries. As a key representative and brand ambassador, you’ll work inside some of London’s most exclusive and high-profile offices, ensuring every delivery reflects the quality and professionalism that define goodnus.

Your day will include:
- Delivering to some of London’s most iconic buildings and brands
- Managing multi-drop routes efficiently and safely
- Providing five-star customer service and attention to detail
- Upholding our On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) promise
- Supporting our mission to reduce carbon emissions through consolidated, sustainable deliveries
Key Responsibilities
Brand Representation
- Act as a goodnus brand ambassador at every customer touchpoint
- Deliver to goodnus standards on every round
Customer Service & Communication
- Complete any relevant forms to ensure Customer Service are aware of issues, such as delivery issues, overstocking etc.
- Ensure all round instructions are understood and kept up to date

Real-Time Reporting
- Complete all relevant requests in real time and in full, such as PODs (Proof of Delivery) & stock takes
Person Specification
Essential
- Full UK manual driving licence (van experience preferred)
- Clean or minimal-points licence record
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working night/early shifts
- Strong customer service manner
- Good attention to detail
Desirable
- Previous experience in a delivery or driving role
- Experience handling fresh/perishable goods
- Knowledge of the London & Essex road network
