Role Description

The Delivery Driver role at PostandPick is a full-time, remote position focused on safely and efficiently transporting packages to customers and pickup locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Planning delivery routes
  • Loading and unloading goods
  • Verifying delivery information
  • Ensuring that items arrive on time and in good condition

The driver will communicate with customers, dispatch, and support teams to handle delivery updates, resolve basic issues, and provide courteous service. The role also involves:

  • Accurately documenting deliveries
  • Following company safety and compliance guidelines
  • Caring for assigned vehicles or equipment

Drivers are expected to maintain professionalism, follow standard operating procedures, and support continuous improvement in last-mile delivery processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with customers and team members.
  • Experience with Forklift Operation or similar material-handling equipment, including safe loading and unloading of goods when required.
  • Background in Training or mentoring, with the ability to follow and help reinforce delivery procedures and safety standards.
  • Exposure to Sales or client-facing roles, demonstrating comfort with product or service discussions and basic issue resolution.
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage or general service industry, showing reliability, time management, and attention to quality.
  • Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and familiarity with GPS or routing applications.
  • Ability to lift and move packages safely, stand or drive for extended periods, and follow safety and compliance regulations.
  • Strong organization skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote, field-based environment.
