About the Role
Cat and Her is looking for a reliable, hardworking and responsible Full-Time Delivery Driver to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting parcels from our designated hub and delivering them safely and efficiently to customers. This is a physically active role that involves regular heavy lifting and handling of parcels, so applicants must be comfortable with manual work.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect parcels from the designated delivery hub.
- Load and organise parcels safely in the delivery vehicle.
- Deliver parcels to customers accurately and within the required timeframe.
- Handle and lift parcels, including heavier items.
- Ensure parcels are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Follow delivery routes and schedules efficiently.
- Provide professional and polite customer service.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and follow company procedures.
- Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
- Follow all relevant road safety and company policies.

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 1 year.
- Maximum 6 penalty points on your licence (subject to insurance requirements).
- Previous delivery/driving experience is preferred but not essential.
- Good knowledge of local roads and confident using navigation/GPS.
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling.
- Reliable, punctual and responsible.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A professional and positive attitude.
