Flexible self-employed delivery work with consistent routes, excellent daily rates, and weekly pay.
We're looking for reliable and motivated delivery drivers to join our growing team in Brighton & Worthing. If you enjoy working independently, providing great customer service, and want the flexibility to choose when you work, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Earn
- £140-£169 per day (depending on route and performance)
- £0.20 per business mile mileage contribution
- Weekly payments (paid two weeks in arrears)
Vehicle Options

- Use your own electric van

We can put you in touch with our preferred van supplier, who can provide you with more information on the available options and help you get started. (Must be 25+ with a full UK license held for 2+ years.)

Your Working Day
- Start from 08:00 AM
- Deliver parcels across Brighton & Worthing
- Typical route duration of up to 9.5 hours
- Work independently while delivering excellent customer service

What You'll Need
- Be 25 years or older due to insurance purposes
- Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years
- Have no more than 6 penalty points (no serious endorsements)
- Have no unspent criminal convictions
- Be reliable, professional, and customer-focused

Important Information
This is a self-employed role, so you'll be responsible for managing your own Tax and National Insurance contributions.
As part of our commitment to safety, all drivers are subject to random alcohol and drug testing, and full compliance with our Alcohol & Drug Testing Policy is required.
Payment Schedule
Your first payment will be made two weeks after your first completed week of work. After that, you'll be paid weekly, with payments always remaining two weeks in arrears.
