We are a leading logistics provider delivering on behalf of FedEx, one of the world’s most recognised courier brands. We are looking for experienced, reliable and customer-focused Self-Employed Delivery Drivers to join our Bristol operation.

Role Overview

You will operate a 3.5T Sprinter or LWB van, completing a fixed delivery route of up to 120 multi-drop deliveries per day. You will represent both CFS and FedEx, delivering excellent customer service while meeting operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 3.5T delivery van.
• Complete assigned delivery routes efficiently.
• Load and organise parcels for maximum route efficiency.
• Scan all consignments accurately using company HHT/scanner.
• Obtain proof of delivery where required.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks.
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle.
• Communicate with dispatch and management throughout the day.
• Report delivery issues, damage or vehicle defects immediately.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every stop.

Compliance Requirements

Applicants Must:

• Hold a full UK Manual Driving Licence (maximum 6 penalty points).
• Have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Pass DBS, DVLA and Right to Work checks.
• Be reliable, punctual and professional.
• Have excellent attendance.
• Be physically fit for multi-drop deliveries.
• Be able to work independently.

Previous Multi-drop Experience Preferred.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2 Years Commercial Driving Experience.
• Experience with parcel or courier deliveries.
• Excellent time management.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure.

Pay

• £120 per route – up to 100 delivery stops
• £130 per route – 101–120 delivery stops
• Performance bonuses available.
• Fortnightly self-billed payments.
