Fleet X Logistics Ltd is a growing parcel delivery company operating across Hampshire. We provide reliable delivery services with a strong focus on driver support, safety, and performance.
We provide our drivers with a company van at no rental cost, fuel and insurance, fully paid training, weekly pay every Friday, performance bonuses, and regular 5–6 days of work available.
We are looking for reliable and motivated drivers who want regular work and the opportunity to become part of a growing delivery team.
Job Description
Parcel Delivery Driver – Fleet X Logistics Ltd
We are looking for reliable and motivated Parcel Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.
This is a self-employed delivery role. We provide everything you need for the delivery operation, including a company van with no rental/lease cost, fuel and insurance.
What we offer:
- 💷 £128.70–£165.50 per day (£750 Weekly)
- 🚐 Company van provided – NO rental/lease cost

The role:
- Deliver parcels safely to homes and businesses
- Complete a pre-planned multi-drop route
- Load, scan and organise parcels
- Use a delivery app/device for navigation
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Safely handle parcels weighing up to 23kg
What we're looking for:
- Full UK/EU driving licence
- Maximum 6 penalty points and no disqualifying driving offences
- Full-time right to work in the UK
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work regularly, including weekends
- Able to pass the required background checks
- Comfortable working independently
- Happy to work on a self-employed basis
Working hours:
Approximately 9-hour routes
Important: Company vans remain at the depot overnight. You will need to arrange your own transport to and from the depot each working day.

Qualifications
Driver Qualifications
- Full UK or EU driving licence
- Maximum 6 penalty points
- No DR, IN or TT driving offences
- Legal right to work full-time in the UK
- Able to pass the required DBS/background screening
- Able to safely handle parcels up to 23kg
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable driving a delivery van and working independently
- Weekend availability required
- Previous van/delivery experience is an advantage, but not essential
Please note: Company vans must stay at the depot overnight for insurance and contract reasons. You’ll need your own transport (car, bike, or public transport) to travel to and from the depot.
