Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Delivery Driver & Logistics Operative. The role involves coordinating daily deliveries of desserts and related products to hospitality and catering clients, ensuring orders are loaded, transported, and received accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include:


Get help with your application

- Managing delivery schedules
- Verifying order quantities
- Maintaining delivery documentation
- Communicating with clients and internal teams to resolve any delivery or logistics issues
- Supporting inventory handling, including safe storage and stock rotation
- Upholding food safety standards
- Representing Sweet BakeArt professionally during client interactions
- Supporting basic sales or service queries during deliveries
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build positive relationships with hospitality and catering clients.
- Experience with forklift operation or warehouse equipment, and safe handling of food and beverage products is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to assist with basic sales activities, such as discussing product offerings and relaying client needs to internal teams.
- Willingness to participate in training related to food safety, logistics processes, and product knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and experience driving delivery vehicles.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time and routes efficiently.
- Comfort working independently in a remote role while coordinating closely with production and customer service teams.
- Prior experience in the food & beverage, catering, or hospitality sectors is an advantage.
