About the Role
Our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role in delivering top-quality products efficiently and on time for customers. Unlike traditional delivery drivers, you’ll enjoy more than a radio—sing along as loud as you like!
We use automated technology to pre-plan your routes and pre-load your van.
You’ll need to work evenings, weekends, and weekdays, earning premiums that boost your average hourly pay to £14.01/hour, with extra opportunities for overtime to enhance your earnings.
All breaks are paid, so you get paid for every minute worked—what more could you ask for?
Note: Our Luton site serves North London. You must confidently navigate busy, urban traffic, complex routes, and frequent starts/stops. We require applicants comfortable with this as part of the role.

Requirements
You don’t need prior experience. We’ll train you—you just need:
- A positive attitude 😊
Mandatory Eligibility
- Full UK/EU driving licence (noौर أو EU only)
- Minimum 12 months’ driving experience
- Maximum 6 penalty points
- No disqualifications in the past 5 years
Since some deliveries include alcohol, you must be over 18. Strong communication skills (customer-facing role).

Contract & Within
- Type: Permanent
- Hours: 40 (includes paid breaks)
- Flexible Plan: Walking for any 5 days in 7
- Shift Schedule: AM/PM (as early as 05:30 and as late as midnight)
- ** rota given 13 weeks early**
- Base Pay: Lunar payment (every 4 weeks).
