About the Delivery Driver role:
In this varied role, no two days are ever the same. One day you might be using your local knowledge to navigate Halesowen and the surrounding areas, and on another you may be travelling further afield to one of our many branches across the country, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers. You’ll play a key part in keeping things moving smoothly while enjoying the independence and variety that comes with being out on the road.

This is a part-time position, however we often have additional shifts available, so we’re looking for someone who can be adaptable and willing to take on extra hours when needed. Due to the nature of the role, manual handling experience is desired but not essential.
Working Hours:
- 25 hours per week, 9am - 6pm on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
- 1 in 8 Saturday mornings 8:30am - 12:30pm.
- Optional overtime is often available.
What we’re looking for in our Delivery Driver:
- Full UK driving licence (our Hayley Dexis branded delivery vans are manual)
- Class 2 HGV driving licence would be hugely advantageous
- Previous experience in a multi-drop delivery role
- A good knowledge of the local, geographical area
- A fork lift truck (FLT) licence would be advantageous
- A keen eye for health & safety awareness
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic industry.

- Initial screening
- Microsoft Teams interview with our Talent Acquisition Advisor
- Face to face interview either in-person or Microsoft Teams
