Job Title
Love being on the move, meeting different people and providing great service?
At Ocado Logistics, our delivery drivers are known as Customer Service Team Members, because the role involves much more than driving a van.
You will be the friendly face our customers see at their door, delivering their shopping safely, accurately and on time. Every interaction matters, so you will need to enjoy meeting people, communicate clearly and take pride in providing a positive customer experience with every delivery.
Your routes will be planned in advance and your van will be pre-loaded before you leave the site, allowing you to focus on driving safely and delivering excellent service.
You will be out on the road in all weather conditions, working independently while staying connected to your site team. You will also have your own space in the cab, so there is no fighting over the radio station and you can sing along as loudly as you like!
What we need from you
You do not need previous delivery-driving experience, as our training team will give you all the support you need to succeed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
