Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Driver role based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for collecting, transporting, and delivering parcels and goods safely, accurately, and on time across local and regional routes. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves providing professional customer service at delivery and collection points, handling queries, and representing Neo Couriers in a courteous and reliable manner. The Delivery Driver will also:
- Conduct basic vehicle checks
- Report any issues
- Collaborate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
- At least 1 year old
- Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record; familiarity with local and regional routes around Manchester
- Good time management, route planning, and organizational skills; ability to meet delivery deadlines consistently
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move parcels and goods safely, following manual handling best practices
- Basic understanding of logistics or courier operations; experience in multi-drop or last-mile delivery is an advantage
- Dependable, safety-focused attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider delivery team
- Strong Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and recipients in a professional, courteous manner
- Ability to participate in or deliver Training related to safe driving, handling procedures, and company policies
