Job Description

SELF-EMPLOYED DELIVERY DRIVERS WANTED

Join Draco Logistics Limited – Immediate Starts Available!

Looking for a flexible self-employed delivery driving opportunity with competitive weekly earnings, fully paid training and a supportive team?

Draco Logistics Limited is growing, and we’re looking for reliable, motivated drivers to join our delivery operation.

What You Can Earn

  • £780–£840 per week + VAT for VAT-registered drivers
  • VAT-registered earnings of approximately £963–£1,008 per week, subject to performance and route availability
  • Weekly payments
  • Performance bonuses and rewards
  • Consistent delivery work available
  • Van & Fuel Provided at No Extra Cost
    • You won’t need to provide your own vehicle.
    • Van provided

Fully Paid Training

We provide 18–20 days of fully paid training designed to help you become confident and efficient on the road.

Your training includes:

  • 1 day of in-app training
  • 2 ride-alongs with an experienced driver
  • 15+ nursery routes to help you learn the job
  • Practical guidance on safe van driving
  • Training on delivery procedures and adapting to the delivery workflow

Our aim is to make sure you feel confident before taking on routes independently.

Your Schedule

  • Self-employed opportunity
  • Flexible full-time work
  • 5–6 days per week
  • Home and business deliveries
  • Regular delivery routes available

What We’re Looking For

  • Full UK/EU driving licence held for at least 1 year
  • Maximum 6 penalty points
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Previous delivery experience is an advantage, but not essential

What You’ll Need

  • Pass a DBS background check
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to work as a self-employed delivery driver

Your Day-to-Day

As a delivery driver, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivering parcels safely and efficiently
  • Following your allocated delivery route
  • Using the provided device for navigation and route updates
  • Providing professional and friendly customer service
  • Taking care of the vehicle and delivery equipment
  • Working independently while being supported by our team
