Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering a safety-first culture, with the customer at heart in everything.

    • Working to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPIs in line with business goals.
    • Ensuring the branch is operationally efficient, with correct controls in place for a customer-first experience.
  • Acts as a member of the Fleet team with a customer-first attitude:

    • Ensuring colleagues focus on delivering a safety-first culture at all times.
    • Improving returns, credits, and warranty processes to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes for the retail counter.
  • Supports retail operations to ensure branch retail standards are best-in-class and achieve customer experience excellence.

  • Delivers a customer-first service through:

    • Managing pick-to-manifest times and meeting all service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Supporting the branch with deliveries as required to establish best-in-class customer service and exceptional SLAs.
  • Ensures best-in-class service is delivered at all times to cement customer excellence.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to:
    • Utilise technology for comprehensive fleet checks.
    • Deliver a zero-accident mentality and uphold a safety-first culture for employees and members of the public.
  • Demonstrates high levels of focus, energy, and drive.
  • Strong business acumen with a commitment to delivering best-in-class service for customer experience excellence.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the day-to-day tasks required for supporting the branch.
