Referment is working with a B2B software company whose AI-enabled platform supports communication and operational workflows across maritime and global trade.
This engineer sits inside Delivery, acting as the hands-on technical resolver for semi-custom customer implementations. Rather than owning project plans or a personal account portfolio, you will unblock Delivery Managers by configuring solutions, debugging integrations and turning recurring fixes into reusable capability.
The Role
- Resolve configuration, tagging, workflow and integration issues that would otherwise delay customer launches.
- Translate signed scope into working builds across email, VMS, APIs and related third-party systems.
- Decide what can be solved within Delivery and package genuine product or engineering escalations so they are reproducible and actionable.
- Review live workflows, redesign underperforming configurations and create playbooks, templates, scripts and tooling.
- Work directly with customer IT and operations teams alongside Delivery, Customer Success and Engineering.

What We're Looking For
- Five or more years in customer-facing solutions engineering, implementation, integration or professional services for B2B software.
- Hands-on enterprise software configuration and practical API, data-mapping and third-party integration experience.
- Confidence running discovery and designing solutions around how users actually work.
- Credibility with technical and operational stakeholders in maritime, shipping, commodities or logistics environments.

Advanced Microsoft Entra ID or Microsoft Graph knowledge would be helpful, but the core need is a broad engineer with a strong delivery mindset.
