Job Title: Delivery Excellence Coordinator
Location: Milton Keynes, Warsaw or Madrid
Working Model: Hybrid

About the Role
As a Delivery Excellence Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our training operations where you will help plan, coordinate, and deliver exceptional tutor training and delivery days. You'll take ownership of tutor scheduling, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time by matching tutor expertise, client requirements, budgets, and geographical locations.
Examples of What You'll Be Doing:
- Partnering with Tutors, Sales teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless training delivery.
- Managing and coordinating tutor diaries, responding quickly and effectively to scheduling requests.
- Planning and allocating workload for non-delivery days, including personal development activities.
- Maintaining accurate data and records across Excel and internal systems.
- Monitoring and achieving Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and monthly delivery targets.
- Identifying and resolving scheduling challenges before they impact delivery.

You'll have previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, or planning role where organisation and prioritisation have been key to your success. Alongside this, you'll also bring:
- The ability to build strong and credible relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- A proactive approach and natural problem-solving ability.
- The confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- The ability to stay calm, focused, and positive in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience of working towards KPIs and targets.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English with additional European languages preferred: Spanish, Polish, German, and/or Dutch.
Salary Range:
The advertised salary range reflects the level, scope, and responsibilities of the role. Starting salary within the range will be determined based on experience, skills, market considerations, and alignment with internal equity principles.
- UK: 26,775 – 31,500 GBP per annum.
- Spain: 27,200 - 32,000 Euro per annum.
- Poland: 77,350 - 91,000 PLN per annum.
