🌍 Working Hours & Location
We believe in flexibility - you should work where you do your best work.
✅ Hybrid working: Most of our team spends 1–2 days per week in the office
✅ Offices in Birmingham and Exeter
✅ Core hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM UK time (flexible start and finish times)
✅ Some travel may be required for client meetings (with notice)
While we support remote working, we may ask you to be in the office more often during your first few months, to help you settle in and get up to speed with the team and our ways of working.

🌳 Why This Role Matters
As a Delivery Executive, you'll be the engine room behind some of the UK's biggest brands' digital experimentation programmes. You'll work closely with our Delivery Managers and Senior Delivery Managers, getting hands-on with the detail that makes high-impact changes land in days, not months.
This role is all about getting stuck in, learning fast, and taking real pride in the quality of your work.

📌 What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Delivering high-quality work - Completing tasks and deliverables delegated by your Delivery Manager or Senior Delivery Manager to a high standard and on time.
- Getting the detail right - Checking your own work thoroughly before handing it back for review.
- Supporting the wider team - Helping coordinate with our Development and Insight teams on delegated tasks.
- Keeping things organised - Maintaining clear notes and documentation as work progresses.
- Flagging early - Raising blockers, risks or questions before they become problems.
- Learning as you go - Building your understanding of digital delivery, our clients, and our ways of working.
- Bringing fresh ideas - Contributing observations that help us keep improving how we work.

💰 Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience)
