Dorset Transformation Programme
Dorset is part way through an ambitious two-year transformation programme to build and embed Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) as a catalyst for system-wide change and more localised, joined-up care.
About the Programme
The development of INTs is a complex and evolving process. While we are clear on what needs to be achieved, improving outcomes and experience for people and communities, the how will continue to evolve through delivery. This requires a flexible, learning-led approach that blends delivery oversight with adaptive problem-solving, collaboration, and a strong focus on impact.

Role Details
This is a fixed term role and for those with current NHS service, the role will be offered on a secondment basis only. Please obtain permission to be released on a secondment before submitting an application.

Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience supporting change and improvement at a service or team level, who enjoys working collaboratively and helping others deliver their best work. You’ll be part of a supportive, learning-focused programme and contribute to Dorset’s journey towards more integrated, person-centred care.
This role is a key member of the programme's operational delivery team, supporting the implementation of Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) by working collaboratively with local teams and system partners. The postholder will provide day-to-day coordination and delivery support, oversee programme workstreams, and work across both the central programme team and Integrated Neighbourhood Teams to drive implementation, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery.
