π Hiring: Customer Delivery Head β Cloud & Infrastructure
π Location: Milton Keynes / London, UK

We are looking for an experienced Customer Delivery Head to lead global delivery, customer relationships, and delivery-led growth across Cloud & Infrastructure services.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
- Own global service delivery, performance, SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive delivery-led growth and identify opportunities within existing accounts.
- Engage and influence CxOs, Directors, and senior stakeholders through SteerCos, QBRs, and strategic discussions.
- Represent delivery leadership in RFI/RFP/RFQ and deal pursuits.
- Lead large-scale IT transformation, service transitions, ramp-ups, and operational improvement.
- Drive automation, AI, RPA, platform engineering, and other emerging technologies.
- Manage large, global, and distributed delivery teams while driving talent development and retention.
- Own operational efficiency, productivity, cost savings, and financial performance.
- Develop and implement IT strategy in collaboration with global and local stakeholders.

πΉ Mandatory Experience & Skills
- 20+ years of IT experience, including 15+ years in Service Delivery & Customer Management.
- Strong experience in Infrastructure / Data Center / Managed Services environments.
- Proven track record managing large global delivery teams.
- Excellent customer management, networking, and CxO engagement skills.
- Strong understanding of Managed Services, SLAs, and ITIL.
- Knowledge of Compute, Storage, Network, Database, and End User Services.
- Experience with VMware, Azure, AWS, and Docker.
- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI, Agentic AI, SRE, Platform Engineering, FinOps, XLAs, and End-User Transformation.
- Strong financial, operational, transformation, and change-management capabilities.
- Growth mindset with proven ability to expand business within existing customers.
