We're looking for a highly organised and solutions-focused Delivery Lead to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, keeping multiple workstreams moving and working with stakeholders across the business to turn plans into action. Whether your background is in change delivery, product, business improvement, operational remediation, incident management, or transformation, you'll be someone who thrives on making things happen.
We're looking for an individual who can think creatively, challenge the status quo, and find practical solutions to business challenges whilst maintaining a clear focus on delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with the Operational Risk & Incident Manager and stakeholders across the business, you'll be responsible for driving delivery activity from concept through to implementation. You'll:
- Coordinate and manage multiple business-critical workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
- Develop clear delivery plans, milestones, and actions to ensure successful execution.
- Organise and coordinate people, resources, and activity to achieve agreed outcomes.
- Manage delivery backlogs and maintain visibility of progress across initiatives.
- Facilitate structured, sprint-style delivery activity to keep momentum and accountability high.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating where appropriate, and driving resolution.
- Help translate complex business problems into practical, achievable actions.
- Work collaboratively with teams across Operations, Customer Services, IT, and business support functions.
- Support remediation, business improvement, and operational change initiatives.
- Ensure delivery activity is aligned with customer outcomes, governance requirements, and regulatory expectations.
- Provide clear reporting, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and pragmatic problem-solving.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
