Who We're Looking For:
The Delivery Lead ensures successful execution of client engagements and internal implementation projects under Delivery Assurance contracts. This role combines portfolio management and delivery governance with deep product expertise, ensuring that all projects are executed with consistency, transparency, and maximum business value.
As trusted advisors, Portfolio Project Managers leverage their expert-level knowledge of the Creatio platform to validate approaches, guide best practices, and ensure every delivered solution is both technically sound and aligned with client needs.
The role is based in London, the UK.
Responsibilities:
Product Expertise
- Serve as a product knowledge carrier within the Delivery Assurance portfolio, demonstrating expert-level understanding of the Creatio platform and its ecosystem.
- Proactively advise clients and partners on optimal solution approaches, configurations, and platform capabilities.
- Ensure delivery consistency by promoting Creatio best practices across all projects.

Project Portfolio Management
- Oversee multiple client engagements and internal implementation projects within the Delivery Assurance portfolio.
- Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across projects to ensure alignment with agreed standards and commitments.
Delivery Governance & Assurance
- Enforce delivery standards, methodologies, and reporting frameworks across the portfolio.
- Conduct portfolio-level reviews to validate outcomes, quality, and readiness for go-live.
Client & Partner Engagement
- Act as the key contact for client executives under Delivery Assurance contracts.
- Provide portfolio-level visibility and transparency to stakeholders through governance meetings and reporting.
Risk & Solution Oversight
- Work in close collaboration with Delivery Assurance Architects to validate both technical and functional aspects of solutions.
- Identify risks across the portfolio and drive mitigation strategies.
Knowledge & Best Practices
- Capture lessons learned, ensure their integration into the Center of Delivery Excellence framework, and mentor team members and partners.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in program/portfolio management across multiple projects.
- Ability to conduct high-level solution estimations and guide teams in applying best practices.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including communication at CxO level.
- Structured thinking, flexibility, and strong result orientation.
- Fluent English (required); additional languages are an advantage.
