Delivery Lead – Up to £46,000 + Bonus + Exceptional Benefits (Civil Service Pension) + Hybrid (Stratford, London)

We're looking for a passionate and collaborative Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of digital products and projects, enabling teams to perform at their best whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability.

We're particularly interested in someone who can establish and build delivery processes from scratch, create meaningful delivery dashboards and reporting, and champion Agile delivery practices across teams and stakeholders.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys removing barriers, coaching teams, improving delivery flow, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure value is delivered consistently and predictably.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of digital products and projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and Kanban cadences.
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying and removing delivery blockers and bottlenecks.
  • Using delivery metrics and real-time data to improve team performance, predictability, and flow.
  • Building strong relationships with product, technology, business, and external stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Coaching teams in Agile, Lean, Scrum, and Kanban practices, helping them become increasingly self-managing and high-performing.
  • Managing dependencies across teams to ensure successful and timely delivery.
  • Creating clear visibility of progress, risks, and priorities through delivery dashboards and reporting.
  • Working with third-party partners and suppliers to ensure alignment with delivery goals and ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
