Sparta Global are hiring 4 Delivery Leads
Sparta Global are hiring 4 Delivery Leads to take ownership of a delivery team or workstream, ensuring resources, stakeholders and delivery activity are effectively coordinated to achieve agreed outcomes.
This will be a 12 Month FTC, before a potential conversion to a permanent role, and will require 2 days per week on-site in Birmingham.
The role will provide hands-on delivery leadership across technology, data or transformation initiatives, maintaining strong governance, managing delivery risks and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a team, project workstream or defined area of a wider transformation programme.
- Coordinate delivery plans, resources, priorities and dependencies to ensure agreed milestones and outcomes are achieved.
- Provide clear leadership and direction to cross-functional delivery teams.
- Build strong relationships with clients, senior stakeholders and internal teams.
- Monitor delivery progress, identifying risks, issues and dependencies and driving appropriate actions through to resolution.
- Establish and maintain effective governance, reporting and delivery controls.
- Produce clear and accurate updates on delivery status, milestones, risks and priorities.
- Ensure appropriate quality assurance processes are followed and that outputs meet agreed standards.
- Support effective resource planning, balancing delivery priorities and team capacity.
- Challenge blockers and underperformance where required to maintain delivery momentum.
- Promote continuous improvement across delivery processes, ways of working and team performance.
- Ensure delivery remains aligned to wider business, technology or transformation objectives.
