Tech Delivery Lead (Integration and Data Migration)

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Tech Delivery Lead (Integration and Data Migration) to work for our client within the Healthcare sector. This is initially a 12 month contract with the potential to extend and will be a remote role.

Our client is seeking a Delivery Lead to operate as a two-in-a-box partnership with the systems integrator's delivery counterpart for Integration and Data/Content Migration, jointly leading a combined team of SI and Client resources.

This role owns delivery and programme management for the Integration and Data/Content Migration workstream within SFoF, working closely with our multiple technical teams to translate technical scope into a managed, well-governed delivery plan. This is a delivery and coordination role, not a technical decision-making role: strong technical fluency is essential to work credibly alongside the team, but architectural and technical direction sits with the technical team.

Responsibilities:

  • Own delivery planning and RAID management across the Integration and Data Migration workstream
  • Partner in a two-in-a-box model with the systems integrator's Delivery Lead, ensuring aligned planning and joint accountability across the combined team
  • Coordinate closely between the external technical teams and stakeholders
  • Track dependencies tied to our integration strategy and data migration
  • Manage cross-workstream dependencies, flagging where this workstream intersects with other SFoF/LSC streams
  • Own change and communication management as scope or timeline shifts
  • Proactively identify and build early familiarity with client and programme-specified standards, policies, and governance requirements (including DTMS), ensuring the team is set up to work to these from the outset rather than retrofitting compliance later
  • Report delivery status and RAG into SFoF governance and stakeholders
  • Lead Haleon-side ownership and oversight of coordination with Operating Units (OUs) for data quality improvements, validation of migrated data and content, and management of golden orders, working in partnership with the Product Adoption Manager
  • Ensure coordination with client and SI Change and Adoption leads when the Integration and Data/Content Migration workstream needs to liaise with the end user community

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

  • Proven track record leading delivery/programme management for integration platform migrations (API management, middleware)
  • Working fluency with Api Gateways

  • Comfortable operating in a matrixed, multi-stakeholder environment with Leadership Team visibility
  • Strong stakeholder and change communication skills

Desirable:

  • FMCG/consumer goods sector background
  • Prior experience at a global consumer brand

Success Criteria:

  • Integration and Data Migration workstreams delivered to plan against agreed SFoF milestones

  • Cross-workstream dependencies identified and managed proactively
  • Stakeholders kept aligned through clear, timely change and communication management
  • Ownership split with the two-in-a-box counterpart is clear and working, no indecisive lock on delivery calls
