Digital Brand Expression Delivery Lead

Contract | Financial Services | Digital Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Digital Brand Expression Delivery Lead to join a major financial services organisation on an exciting digital transformation programme.

The organisation has recently refreshed its brand expression and defined how this should translate across digital channels. The next phase is to shape and coordinate the rollout across a complex portfolio of digital platforms.

This is a senior delivery and transformation role, requiring someone who can operate confidently across design, product, technology, architecture and programme teams to turn an ambitious vision into a practical, achievable roadmap.

The Role

As Delivery Lead, you will assess the existing digital landscape, understand implementation options and dependencies, build stakeholder alignment and develop a pragmatic roadmap for the rollout of the new digital visual identity.

You will connect the digital implementation strategy with the organisation's wider brand transformation, design system and future technology direction.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines enterprise delivery leadership with strong design and digital transformation expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the delivery approach for implementing the new digital visual identity across a complex digital platform estate.
  • Develop a phased, value-led roadmap aligned with the wider brand transformation programme.
  • Assess implementation options, identifying risks, dependencies, constraints, opportunities and trade-offs.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across design, product, technology, architecture, business and programme teams.
  • Build alignment across multiple platform and business owners.
  • Translate design and brand vision into a practical implementation strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver change incrementally through pragmatic, outcome-led phases.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage complex interdependencies.
  • Support decision-making by presenting clear recommendations and articulating the implications of different approaches.
  • Ensure the roadmap considers the future direction of the organisation's design system and technology architecture.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify priorities, resolve ambiguity and maintain momentum.
  • Communicate progress, decisions, risks and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
