Delivery Lead | Initial 6 Month Contract | Hybrid

I'm supporting a global technology organisation with the appointment of an experienced Delivery Lead to join a major strategic transformation programme on an initial 6 month contract.

This is a hands on delivery role for someone who is comfortable stepping into complex technical workstreams, quickly understanding where delivery is being impacted and taking ownership of getting things moving.

You'll work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams and senior programme stakeholders, moving across priority workstreams as programme requirements evolve.

Key responsibilities

  • Own end to end delivery across assigned technical workstreams
  • Identify blockers, dependencies and resource constraints and drive them through to resolution
  • Assess project health and implement recovery plans where required
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams
  • Improve delivery predictability and ways of working
  • Coordinate cross functional stakeholders against key milestones
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies and progress reporting
  • Adapt quickly between different workstreams as priorities change

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
