Technology Delivery Lead – Newcastle
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Salary: Up to £75,000
Clearance Requirement: Subject to satisfactory BPSS and SC security clearance (requires 5 years continuous UK address history with no periods of 30 consecutive days or more spent outside the UK).
Role Overview
As a Technology Delivery Specialist, you will manage critical client projects, navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, and translate technical concepts into business and operational-focused strategies. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, design metrics to measure and improve delivery, and spearhead software delivery enhancements within a dynamic technology and innovation hub.

Key Requirements & Skills
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage critical client projects and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Delivery Expertise: Deep understanding of delivery approaches, best practices, and modern delivery operating models (DevOps).
- Agile Experience: Experienced in delivering Agile at scale, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and utilizing Agile delivery tools for clear communication.
- Planning & Organization: Highly organized with the ability to plan short-, medium-, and long-term objectives and guide teams toward meeting them.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with a strong service-oriented, cooperative, and mature approach to working independently and within teams.
- Improvement Focus: Ability to identify, design, implement, and measure software delivery improvements and metrics.

Preferred Qualifications ("Set Yourself Apart")
- Relevant Agile certifications.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (especially Microsoft Excel) and Agile tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Experience working within the Health & Public Sector with familiarity regarding GDS principles.
