Delivery Lead - Central Government & Law Enforcement
Location: London & SE
Clearance: SC clearance required
Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 + excellent package
A leading national security technology organisation is looking for a Delivery Lead to take ownership of delivery performance across a high-profile Central Government and Law Enforcement account. This is a senior, highly visible role where you’ll be the person customers and leadership trust to deliver.
What you’ll do
- Own delivery commitments to customers and the business, and be the escalation point for every delivery on the account
- Keep delivery confidence high across all portfolios by spotting, mitigating and minimising risks and issues early
- Produce accurate revenue forecasts (monthly, quarterly and annual), with a clear narrative on risks and opportunities
- Hit or beat forecast by increasing utilisation and productivity
- Make sure people, space, IT, security and tooling needs are represented in the Integrated Business Planning process, escalating by impact
- Increase profitability and margin while maximising staff utilisation
- Drive continuous improvement through a prioritised backlog of efficiency and effectiveness gains
- Support the Account Lead as a growth accelerator, using your relationships and knowledge in Central Government and Law Enforcement to open up new portfolio opportunities
- Give leadership the accurate, insightful information they need to make confident, risk-based decisions

- A strong P3M background (project, programme or portfolio) within UK Central Government and/or Law Enforcement
- A solid understanding of how effective business operations run
- Experience supporting bids, leading teams and managing a wide range of stakeholders
