Delivery Lead - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Delivery Lead - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging based in United Kingdom.

This role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful transformation initiatives focused on building more inclusive and equitable organizations.

You will manage complex client projects while applying expertise in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging strategies. The position combines project leadership, consulting, facilitation, and strategic problem-solving in a collaborative environment.

You will partner with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders to design solutions that create lasting organizational impact. This role is ideal for someone passionate about human-centered approaches, innovation, and driving systemic change.

You will help organizations challenge assumptions, improve workplace cultures, and create environments where people feel valued and empowered.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the delivery of complex diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and staffing plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to define goals, develop strategies, and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Apply DEIB expertise to assess organizational cultures, identify systemic challenges, and design approaches that promote equity and belonging.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with senior leaders, executives, and other stakeholders to support organizational change.
  • Coach and support team members by sharing expertise, providing guidance, and helping develop high-quality project outputs.
  • Identify project risks, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions while escalating issues when needed.
  • Manage client relationships by ensuring clear communication, alignment, and consistent progress throughout engagements.
  • Review deliverables through human-centered and inclusive perspectives to ensure solutions address diverse experiences and avoid reinforcing bias.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client support and contribute to future initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of current research, practices, and frameworks related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality, complex projects within consulting, design, organizational transformation, or related environments.
  • Experience managing project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, and delivery risks.
  • Ability to motivate, guide, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams toward successful outcomes.
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and strategic conversations with senior executives, leadership teams, or boards.
  • Ability to apply anti-racist practices, inclusive methodologies, and human-centered approaches to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for creating inclusive environments and leveraging diverse perspectives to develop better solutions.
