We are seeking an established change professional to join our Transformation & Change team, Leading the delivery of critical technology change across Bupa Global.
How You'll Make Health Happen
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our Transformation & Change team, leading delivery across the Technology Remediation & Resilience Value Stream
This delivery leadership role operates in a highly technical environment, you will lead a portfolio of initiatives spanning infrastructure, networks, security, platforms, cloud services and operational resilience. You will work closely with technical SMEs, engineering teams and third-party suppliers while providing leadership and oversight to a small team of Project Managers.
You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen By
- Lead delivery across a portfolio of technology remediation and resilience initiatives.
- Drive delivery through Project Managers and matrixed technology teams.
- Coordinate activity across Infrastructure, Networks, Security, Platform, End User Services and Shared Services teams.
- Manage planning, prioritisation, dependencies, risks and delivery governance.
- Establish effective delivery rhythms and provide reporting into SteerCo, portfolio and executive governance forums.
- Ensure delivery remains aligned to budget, target business outcomes and wider technology strategy
- Coach and develop delivery colleagues while promoting delivery best practice and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Delivering
The portfolio includes:
- Infrastructure and platform upgrades
- Network and service resilience improvements
- Security enhancement and vulnerability remediation
- Cloud migration and modernisation initiatives
- Technical debt reduction
- Technology risk remediation
- Supplier-led technology change
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading complex technology programmes, portfolios or value streams.
- Experience managing delivery through Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of technology environments, including infrastructure, networks, security, cloud and platform services.
- Excellent stakeholder, governance, planning and dependency management skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with technical specialists and senior leaders alike
