Job Title

Do you enjoy building trusted relationships with project teams and helping them feel supported throughout their engagement? Do you like guiding projects from early planning through to completion? Can you work with technology teams to ensure successful delivery?

esynergy is looking for a Financial Services Delivery Lead to join the esynergy Delivery function, in an oversight and assurance capacity. You will manage multiple project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring, and completion. You will also take on engagement responsibilities that help associates, clients, and internal teams stay aligned and supported throughout each assignment.

You will be a credible, client-facing leader who provides rigorous oversight and assurance across complex delivery engagements — holding programs to account against quality, risk, and governance standards, and ensuring technology solutions are delivered to the outcomes the business actually needs.

Responsibilities: 🌟

  • Contribute to business development by attending client and delivery meetings that surface or advance potential opportunities, maintaining a consistent weekly presence across accounts.
  • Take hands-on delivery management responsibility for a portfolio of client accounts, actively directing day-to-day delivery rather than observing from a distance.
  • Provide independent assurance and oversight on a separate set of client accounts, checking delivery quality, risk, and governance against esynergy's standards.
  • Maintain regular stakeholder engagement, holding catch-ups with associates and clients on allocated accounts at least fortnightly to stay ahead of issues.
  • Own quality measurement for allocated accounts, capturing Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Associate Satisfaction (ASAT) ratings every month with full coverage across clients and associates.
  • Champion brand representation by ensuring the large majority of allocated associates carry an esynergy title, reinforcing consistent brand presence on client accounts.
  • Lead weekly account planning & reporting, landing delivery reports and maintaining regular client engagement touchpoints (internal and client).
  • Support resource forecasting and capacity planning across accounts to optimize team utilization within esynergy's delivery function.
  • Accountable for all delivery roadmaps, maintaining plans using agile methodology, identifying stakeholder maps, and owning RAID activity to uncover and escalate risks and issues.
  • Creating Completion statements, monthly value reviews, and monthly team health checks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
