Delivery Lead / Programme Manager – Microsoft Transformation

£80,000–£110,000 + Equity
UK-Based Remote | UK & International Travel

If you DO NOT have SI or Consulting experience with D365 CE/CRM as well as wide microsoft transformation experience - do not apply!

We’re working with a fast-growing startup consultancy that helps organisations solve complex business and operational problems through Microsoft technology.

They’re looking for a Delivery Lead / Programme Manager to take ownership of delivery across multiple client engagements while helping build and improve the wider delivery function.

This is a fast-moving startup environment, so there will be an element of chaos. New projects can land quickly, priorities will change, and you’ll need to create structure while keeping clients, teams and delivery moving in the right direction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This isn’t a role where you’ll sit above delivery and delegate. They need a coach and a doer — someone who can operate at programme level across a portfolio but is equally comfortable running stand-ups, managing plans, risks and dependencies, or configuring Jira and Azure DevOps boards.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading delivery across multiple Microsoft transformation programmes
  • Building delivery governance, processes, methodology and artefacts
  • Establishing effective Agile delivery practices
  • Managing senior client stakeholders, risks and dependencies
  • Identifying opportunities to improve and automate delivery
  • Supporting client presentations, proposals and commercial conversations
  • Helping build a delivery capability that can scale with the business

The initial portfolio will mainly cover Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Azure, custom engineering and wider Microsoft transformation. You’ll also support F&O programmes from time to time.

They’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong consultancy, Microsoft partner or SI delivery experience
  • Experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE/CRM programmes
  • Exposure to Azure, custom software or broader SDLC delivery
  • Strong Agile, governance and stakeholder-management skills
  • Commercial awareness and confidence working with senior clients
  • The adaptability, energy and resilience to succeed in a startup

This would suit someone who has performed well within a larger consultancy but wants broader responsibility, greater influence and the opportunity to help shape a growing business.
