Delivery Lead – Microsoft Copilot, AI & Power Platform
Up to £110k
One of the UK's fast-growing Microsoft AI consultancies is looking for a Delivery Lead to head up a newly established delivery function.
This is a genuine leadership role, not a caretaker one. It's a newly created position on a programme-level engagement spanning multiple areas of a large client group, with real scope to shape how delivery works from the ground up - not stepping into something already fixed in place.
Why this role
- Newly created role - the shape of the team and how delivery runs is still to be defined
- Work closely with senior leadership and have real input into decisions
- One dedicated client engagement, with strong potential to run for 2 years or more
- Clear route into a bigger leadership role as the practice grows

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
