About the Role
We're supporting a major People Transformation Programme and are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to drive the delivery of a large-scale HR technology transformation initiative.
This role sits at the heart of a complex, enterprise-wide digital change programme, bringing together People, Technology, Data and Digital teams alongside multiple delivery partners. You'll be responsible for ensuring delivery remains aligned to business outcomes, managing dependencies, coordinating stakeholders and driving successful outcomes across a scaled agile environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile
You'll ideally have:
- Experience delivering large-scale, integration-heavy digital transformation programmes
- Strong Agile and SAFe delivery experience
- Experience developing and deploying software products
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and delivery partners
- Strong backlog management, prioritisation and dependency management capabilities
- The ability to drive delivery in complex and sometimes ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Highly Desirable
- Experience delivering HR Technology / People Transformation programmes
- Exposure to PeopleTech, HR systems, workforce, talent, learning or employee experience platforms
- Experience working within regulated or highly governed organisations
- SAFe certifications such as POPM, RTE or equivalent
Contract and Work Arrangement
- Initial 9-month contract
- Hybrid working with 3 days onsite in TW6
