Help Build the Future of Global STEM Workforce Solutions
We're reimagining how organisations connect talent, technology, and opportunity.
Our team is building the next-generation AI digital platform, automation, cloud-native architecture, and modern engineering practices. This platform is designed to transform workforce engagement at scale through intelligent workflows, seamless integrations, and data-driven experiences.
As a Delivery Lead, you'll play a critical role in enabling high-performing cross-functional squads to deliver valuable product outcomes that directly influence customer experience, business growth, and the evolution of our technology ecosystem.
This is a unique opportunity to join a greenfield initiative where you'll shape architecture, influence technical strategy, and help establish engineering standards that will scale for years to come.

You will:
- Enable cross-functional squads to deliver a continuous flow of valuable, high-quality product increments.

- Drive delivery predictability, transparency, and flow through effective management of work-in-progress, dependencies, risks, and impediments.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean delivery principles.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Designers, Quality Engineers, and Data teams to solve complex delivery challenges.
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and delivery streams while maintaining delivery momentum.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through effective retrospectives, coaching, and delivery maturity initiatives.
- Support engineering excellence by partnering with teams around CI/CD, automated testing, technical debt management, and quality practices.
- Use delivery metrics and performance data to improve lead times, throughput, predictability, and overall delivery effectiveness.
- Foster collaboration, psychological safety, accountability, and high-performing team behaviours.
- Communicate delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and forecasts to business and technology stakeholders.
- Contribute to the evolution of delivery frameworks, standards, and best practices across the organisation.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
